The bank details entered are encrypted, and we do not have any information about the credit or debit card used by the user to make the purchase.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking information.
The prices displayed on the Website, in Euros (€), include taxes for orders destined for the European Union, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and all non-EU countries, prices do not include VAT, Taxes and Duties, and it is the customer’s responsibility to take care of them at the place of destination.

In order to make a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, without stains, odour or any similar condition, and must have all tags and original packaging.
